REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

 We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Delivery cost on exchanges are at the customer’s cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Please also make your receipt or proof of purchase available.

For returns, please contact us on hello@nahlasa.co.za If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back to us.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Nahla reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Damaged items or items dispatched incorrectly

On receipt of your order, please immediately inspect same, and contact us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in order for us to assess the damage and issue a replacement item or ensure the correct item is sent to you in the case of an incorrectly dispatched order.

 

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The best way to ensure that you get what you want would be to return the item you have to us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and also whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.  Please bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
